Original problem:
Click Create Custom List tab.
With Advanced Mode and Fixed Length Field both disabled, click Title to place a checkmark there. Note that <Title> appears in the template string.
Enable Advanced Mode.
Right-click anywhere in the File Row Format line. Note that the entire line becomes highlighted. (I didn't notice that before!
Thereafter, clicking any other tag box replaces the contents of the File Row Format line.
Don't know if this is a bug or a feature, but it confused me a bit when I first worked through this function.
BTY, if you click again in the File Row Format line, you un-highlight its contents and can then add what you want to it.
