MP3TS don't work if a part on filename have no occidental characters

example = 05 - Chopin Et Toi &#33831;&#37030;&#19982;&#20320;.mp3

What do you mean by "if a part on filename have no occidental characters"?

Anyway, the example you provide seems to contain Unicode characters, and Mp3/Tag Studio currently doesn't support Unicode characters in filenames.
