A am using your tool on Windows XP and 2000 machines. As such, the bookmarks files for netscape, Mozilla and Phoenix exist in 'C:\Documents and Settings...'. On several screens which display the path of the bookmark files, I can't see the entire path. I can resize the column, but that sometimes isn't enough. I'd like to be able to resize the window to see all the full paths. Phoenix bookmarks are labeled as 'Mozilla', so in the Sync Bookmarks Collection window, if you have both, they appear to be the same. It's a guess as to which one to choose to delete. This could also happen if someone syncs between two profiles for the same browser, or two accounts on the same machine.

The reason I didn't create re-sizeable windows (with resizeable content) are due to bad experiences with this from another software product of mine (Mp3/Tag Studio). It very often causes problems for people who are using the "large fonts" setting, which seems to be pretty popular these days when everyone seems to set their screen resolution to max and then can't see the text on their screens. :(

I'm sorry, but I'll have to leave the windows non-resizeable for now, otherwise too many people will have much bigger problems than that. :( Maybe I'll find a better solution for a future version though.

Thanks for the report anyway.

Maybe you could show the full path in a Windows Help Tip
Yellow Box.

Rather than making the dialog Box resizable you could make it
bigger to begin with.

I'm guessing you will test your program at various font sizes
in the future.

I'd like to add my request for sizeable windows too.  I have a laptop running at 1900 horiz dpi (the recommended setting)and therefore am using 12 point Tahoma for my icon and menu font.  This causes my control window to look like the attached graphic.  As you can see (and as you probably know) there's just the top edge of a button on the bottom of this graphic.  I have no idea what that button is, nor can I select it by using the tab key.  So while you may have had problems in the past with sizeable windows, as you can see the inability to size the window makes the program unuseable for me (in as much as that bottom button is concerned).  Perhaps a different development tool would help?

That button is not supposed to be visible to any user, so not only is the program still fully functional for you, you're even privileged to see that button! ;)

I have now moved it so that you will not be bothered by it in the next update anyway, so enjoy it while you can. :)

I apologize in advance. Just couldn't resist...

REN: Now, listen, Cadet. I've got a JOB for you. See this button? (Stimpy reaches for the button) DON'T TOUCH IT! It's the HISTORY ERASER button, you FOOL!
STIMPY: So what'll happen?
REN: That's just IT! We don't KNOW! Maayyybeee something bad?...Mayyybeee something good! I guess we'll never know! 'Cause you're going to guard it! You won't TOUCH it, will you?
(Stimpy salutes. Ren leaves.)
REN: Hehhh...hehhhh...hehhhh...hehhhh...
(Stimpy marches back and forth, starting at the button.)
ANNOUNCER: Oh, how long can trusty Cadet Stimpy hold out? How can he possibly resist the diabolical urge to push the button that could erase his very existence? Will his tortured mind give in to its uncontrollable desires?
(Announcer grabs Stimpy, forces him closer to the button.) Can he resist the temptation to push the button that, even now, beckons him even closer? Will he succumb to the maddening urge to eradicate history? At the MERE...PUSH...of a SINGLE...BUTTON! The beeyootiful SHINY button! The jolly CANDY-LIKE button! Will he hold out, folks? CAN he hold out?
STIMPY: NO I CAN'T!!!EEEEEYAAAHHHH! (pushes button)
(Alarms go off. Ren, Stimpy, and Announcer stand around table with button.)
ANNOUNCER: Tune in next week, as...
(Flash, explosion as they all disappear.)

Ahh... to be young again in the early 90's....

Seriously, with version 3.1 and the addition of the Firebird/Phoenix type, the original issue that began this thread for me is now resolved.  :D

Thanks Magnus!
