Exactly what do you want to do? Convert your IE bookmarks to Opera format?

No.  I want to convert from Opera format to IE bookmarks.  Can this be done?

Yes, simply start the program, choose the Opera bookmark file as bookmark source and your favorite directory as bookmark target (always backup your existent IE favorites first, just to be sure). Then press the "convert" button, and you're done.
