-Brading Software Message Board +--Forum: Mp3/Tag Studio Support and Bug Reports +---Topic: Error when I try to trim mp3, does it anyway started by jjhart Posted by: jjhart on Jan. 27 2006,20:33 When I try to cut off the end or start of the song, I get an error. Here is the message: Access violation at address 004c878a in module 'mp3tag_s.exe'. Read of address 48011064. but then I check the file and it got cut anyway. Sometimes I get the similar error but a different read of address number. I tried to erase the tag info thinking that there was a bad tag, but I get the error anywa, again with a different address Posted by: Magnus Brading on Jan. 27 2006,23:10 Does this happen for every file you try to trim, or just one? Posted by: mothy12 on Feb. 03 2006,22:27 I get the same error except it deos not actually trim the file. It seems to happen on every file I have tried so far. Posted by: Magnus Brading on Feb. 06 2006,21:34 It sounds very strange that it behaves differently for different people. Have you encoded most of your mp3s yourself (i.e. so that they all might have similar characteristics encoding-wise)? end |
