Filename <01 - Track Name.mp3>
Use Auto Tag From Filenames
Go to Browse/Edit Tags & Flags and look at track number
Track No is 00000000000.....0001
Cannot delete extra 0's
Same for tracks 02......

OS: Win 2000 SP4
I had a lot of trouble overwriting mp3tsshx.dll when installing B17, it insisted file was in use by OS, even after a reboot and log-in. I had to go into Safe Mode to do the overwrite. Strange?

Any hints/tips/ideas?

BTW: I noticed that mp3tsshx.dll in B17 is 480K vs. the file it replaced being 610KB (B15 I think).

Sorry for the delayed answer, I have not been able to see new posts for more than a week due to technical problems. :(

Strange with the track number issue, what does the zero-pad tracknumbers option in the main settings say? Does this happen for all files (from different sources), or just for some?

About mp3tsshx.dll, it is an Explorer shell extension dll, and thus, it is used/loaded as soon as you have any Windows Explorer window open. You must use some other file manager if you want to manually overwrite it. It should be done automatically the first time you start Mp3/Tag Studio though, i.e. the first time the file is not already locked due to the above.
