Hmm, when I come to think of it, the problem might be due to the fact that the default font for those boxes is "Times New Roman", and maybe this font is not installed with the operating system, but rather with the MS Office package which in turn everyone doesn't necessarily have? Could everyone having this problem please check if they have the "Times New Roman" font installed on their system or not, and report back here?
About the multi-line comment field, there is one in the "Advanced ID3v2 info" box. I think it's sorta clumsy to have a comment field that's the same size as the other fields combined in the main GUI.
