the command line switch looks like it has some prevention to ensure it is run against a valid directory.

However, I have my collection in the root of a hard drive (damn windows long path name bug..) to keep it as short as possible.  

I would suggest that perhaps it would be beneficial to let the lister run against the root of a drive, not forcing at least one subfolder down...
