I/O error 32 means that some other program in your computer (or some other computer, in the case of a network share) is already blocking the file(s) in question by keeping them opened. You must find out which program this is, and deactivate it.
Perhaps some problem with the network share could also cause such an effect (i.e. of files being unopenable)?
