In 'Mass set tags/flags'  when one checks a box in the 'ID3 tag fields to set' list, is it possible for focus to switch to the related textbox or dropdown? It seems to be a logical use-case, IMO. Also, I cannot tell you how many times I have expected this and instead jumped to a different tab as I began typing  :p

Well, you can simply press tab once to get from a checkbox to its corresponding text field, if that's what you meant?

My point is that it would be a logical focus change, since people usually enter new data after checking the box. It seems less likely that people would want to switch to different tabs immediately after checking a box. And pressing TAB is another step.

Maybe this is partially another of those left-handed user issues. On that note, another mouse (with more buttons) is not an option for me - I use a tablet  :)

I reason like this:
If you are to write something on the keyboard anyway, pressing the tab key once first is practically no extra work. Alternatively, if you click that checkbox with your mouse, moving the cursor an inch to the right and clicking again isn't any mentionable trouble either.

On the other hand, automatically shifting focus upon clicking those checkboxes might be confusing to some people, since it is not standard Windows GUI behavior, and especially for people who don't want to write in the edit box immediately after clicking the checkbox (if they e.g. first want to set up which fields to use, and then enter the data in all of them, which is the method I most often use).

But I'll think about it again and see what I come up with. :)

Thanks for the suggestion in any case.
