I use them mostly for continuous-mix dance/techno/etc albums, live performances and albums, and classical music. They would also be valuable for audio book recordings.
There is a dedicated cue-sheet editor here, but its price to performance ratio is... suboptimal. There are a couple of others, but since the editing of cue sheets is germane to the functions of MP3TS, and I don't like opening 6385 apps to manage my MP3s, I hope you'll consider adding this functionality. That, and it seems like you've got a fair idea of how to handle text processing already
An uber-cool feature that I would like: time-shift. If I trim some silence off of the beginning of an album, that obviously makes the INDEX entries within the cue sheet inaccurate. As I have frequently mentioned, I am lazy and firmly believe that tedium like computing time differences should be left to... computers. So I would like a text field and a slider or up and down arrow buttons to shift all index values for me automagically.
