When I try to execute the program once it is opened up, I get a message saying "out of memory".  I get it when I try to execute it with the execute button to tag the MP3s.  It usually runs and then says...Ok that looks good...Now do it for real and you have to say yes.  I can't get anywhere.  It stops at 6% and I get that message.  Any help would be appreciated.

This is a typical symptom of a corrupted ID3v2 tag in some of your processed files. Track down the file and rebuild its ID3v2 tag, and it's fixed.
