Reading the list of features I saw this one:

Organize and sort mp3:s into complex directory structures (created by the program) based on tag and encoding data.

So, how does one go about doing this?

You use the "Auto rename" tool (or the "Direct rename" tool), and use directory markers in the template (they can be added with the "Add dir" button, or entered manually into an advanced mode template).

An example of such a template would be:

<Artist><\><Album><\><TrackNr> - <Title>.mp3

You can also read more about this in the help file section covering the auto rename tool.
