There are two options for downloading Beta 10.

I had Beta 7 or 8 and attempted this option which is just manually replacing files - however the file in the root directory Mp3tsshx.dll appears to be in use at all times (in some sort of background process?) and as a result is not able to be overwritten conventionally. I was forced to use the fresh installation setup.exe.

It should normally not be used if all Explorer windows are closed.
