HI,
just a bug report. Out of several hundred directories, I have two that cause MP3 tag studio to crash every time I try to do a bulk tag procedure in those directories. I can browse the files in there manually but program crashes when I try to save to these files. I can FTP them to you if you would like to analyze them.
Thanks Much,
Austin

btw, i just bought your program. been using it for years, so, long overdo. thanks for the work, definately my favorite tagger for managing 10,000 tracks. i like that its fast, quickly configurable, and the no-bullshit interface.

one thing I would like to see implemented - the "status" window could be resizable.

thanks

Thanks for being honest and registering. :praise:

If you could email me a sample of such a crashing file (or upload it to a webserver and tell me the address) I will analyze the problem. My guess would be that it happens due to an unfortunate corruption of the ID3v2 tag of those files.

I had the same problem with some files and it did indeed help to remove any tags manually, eg using winamp - after this the files can be retagged using Tag Studio.
