Whenever I do an operation now I get an error at 52% no matter what it is. The error says "out of memory". I have reinstalled several times and rebooted, this has never happened until now. Any suggestions?

This is most likely because one of the files your are processing has a corrupted ID3v2 tag. An easy solution is to track down this file and remove + replace its ID3v2 tag,  and it should work just fine again.
