+---Topic: Suggestion: Close program control started by Porty

Just installed Bookmark Converter 3.2 beta1.  An excellent program which solved my problem of synchronising bookmarks between FF, Opera and IE.

However, one little feature would, IMHO, make it even better:  Add a close control, like an X or an OK or a FINISHED button, so the user knows what's happening.  Like, I just finished setting up the synchro utility and when I got to the end, the only way I could see to close it was with CTRL\ALT\DEL.

Thanks.

Are you talking about synchronization from the command line? In that case the program should normally terminate automatically as soon as it's done. And if you were performing this operation from the normal program GUI, you should be returned to it after the sync process has completed? Please be more specific, and I willl take a look at it if it's reproducible. Thanks!

No, I'm not referring to the command line - I'm saying that when I finished setting up the sync. system, the final box\window didn't give me any option to close it.  In other words, when you get to the end of the setup process, there's no 'OK' or 'Finish' button, or even an 'X' at the top right to close the window.

I was left wondering what to do next.  So I used Ctrl\Alt\Del to close it, hoping that the settings would be saved.

Obviously, they DO get saved.  But it's not apparent when you're in that window.

Hmm, ok, could you please send me a screenshot of this dialog that has no way to close it? I have never seen this problem or had it reported before, so I have no idea what it could be at this point, or what dialog you are referring to.
