Can Mp3 Tag studio fix some problems with tags that can be read properly by 20 different programs yet show up with garbage in the audiotron or a TOC generator?

That depends on if the problem is a bug in Audiotron or not. If you have a sample file and a decription of exactly what goes wrong I could at least take a look at it.
