I have just a little question - is it possible to sort a Playlist by the TrackNr of its songs _witout_ haveing the TrackNr in the filename? I want a Playlist like: Album\Artist - first song.mp3 Album\Artist - second song.mp3 ... Album\Artist - last song.mp3 The TrackNr is in the ID-Tag, but TagStudio only seems to use em for sorting when i use em also in the playlist... Heeeeelp ![]() Regards The Level Posted by: Magnus Brading on Aug. 28 2003,18:06 You are correct, right now you can only sort the list by fields that are included in it. ![]() Posted by: The Level on Aug. 29 2003,21:03 Thanks for the fast answer! And nice to hear your todo-list contains my problem ![]() Can you give me any hint how to manage the problem in the meanwhile? Maybe a little programm from another one... ![]() My way is to create a playlist with a ;<TrackNR> and afterwards i use WordPro do search&delete ";??". Much faster then sorting the playlist "by hand", but still not really comfortable... Regards The Level Posted by: Magnus Brading on Aug. 29 2003,21:14 The only "quick fix" I can think of is to include the tracknumber in the filename, as you already mentioned above. Can't think of anything else that's really good for the moment, sorry. ![]() end |
