Ever since the early betas of 3.5, after exiting the software (the best of its kind, by the way, and I've tried many), the software is never completely freed from memory. This is still an issue with beta 6. You can see it in Task Manager. If I don't manually terminate it through Task Manager, each time I run it, another instance is created, so I can end up with several instances if I don't manually terminate it through TM.
I am using Windows XP Pro, but had the same issue under Windows 2000.
