I want to rewrite the ID3v2 TIT2 (Title) and COMM (Comment), but leave untouched the ID3v1 tags. Is there a way to do this from a list? Thanks! Posted by: Magnus Brading on May 09 2003,00:42 Go into the global settings (in the file menu), then in the "Tagging core" section, simply set the "Primary ID3 version" to "v2", and deselect the "Perform write operations on both tag versions when possible" option. Now everything in the program will only be written to the ID3v2 tag, not the ID3v1 tag, including the list import tool.
