In dutifully attempting to upgrade from BMC 2.91 to BMC 3.0, the following page appears:

<removed by admin>

and prompts for:

"Bookmark Converter 2.x serial number."

Where, pray tell, in all the details provided under the Help function for BMC 2.91, does one find a "serial number?"  I can find a "registration number," all right, but am unable to find the former.

Help!

It cannot be obtained from the program (because of security issues). It was mailed to you when you registered the program though.

If you have lost it, please mail me and it will be taken care of.
