Hi all,
after updating the Explorer View Tree with <F5> I get  an "Access violation at address 00402322 in module 'mp3tag_s.exe' Read of address 00000010."
(XP Professional, SP2)
This seems to be introduced new in beta 9.

Regards

Ronny

Yes, this is a known problem in beta 9. :( It seems to be due to a random error in a third-party component. I will have to exchange the component completely and rewrite a bunch of code to fix it. :( It should be fixed in the next update anyway, please be patient and stay tuned...

I can't use mp3ts because of this bug. And I cant use beta 8 because it tells me i should upgrade to 9.

One solution would be to register, you know... ;)

Anyway, I just released beta 10, where these problems are fixed, so no worries! Enjoy!

But F5 for refreshing the browser tree doesn't work anymore.

when i create a directory while mp3ts is runnig it appears automatically in the browser tree. This seems to be a new feature. great work

sorry, please forget my previous post.

F5 for refreshing doesn't work anymore.

Automatic refresh has been added for the Explorer dir tree, yes. So the F5 key is not active for it right now, it should update itself anyway.

This worked only once after the installation of beta 10. But now automatic refresh does't work anymore. new dirs do not appear.

Very strange, does anyone else have this same problem?
Posted by: guest89797 on May 17 2005,13:42

Well, let me report what happend 2 minutes ago: When i started mp3ts for the first time after reboot, refresh worked. Then I closed it. Then i started it again by right cilck> edit file in mp3ts. then reresh didn't work anymore, no matter how I start it.

Thanks for the report, I will try to look into it.

Same problem here. Refresh does not work. Auto-refresh nor manual-F5-refresh.

I started MP3 Tag with the use of an icon on my desktop.

Thanks for your verification, I'm aware of the problem and I'm looking into it for the next release.
