-Brading Software Message Board +--Forum: Mp3/Tag Studio Support and Bug Reports +---Topic: Unfortunate change in tag behavior in 3.05 started by Stuart Flicker Posted by: Stuart Flicker on Feb. 10 2003,02:26 Magnus, MP3tag studio is delightful and has served me well. V 3.05 changed its behavior undesirably for me in the following way. I routinely split an enormous mp3 file (book on tape) into files of the form big-nnn.mp3 and use mp3tag studio to pick off the track number and then rename the file in the form nnn_album.mp3. In the past this worked with proper zero padding (e.g. 001, 002...). V3.05 messed up the zero padding so that I dont get the leading zero's I need. Is there a way to restore the behavior? I downgraded to I will send some suggested changes to the program's behavior under advanced mode. Do you have the regular expression library available to you? Some of the changes I might suggest wouldn't be worth the trouble if you do not. Thank-you.
