First off, I love your program. It's really a great piece of work. I'm glad I didn't have to write my own.

Here's my ideas about the preview window:

It would be cool if we could pick (checkboxes or something) files to  exclude from processing at preview time.  I know I can filter, but something simple like this would add value for me.

Alternately, you can make the grid editable. That would allow me to fix the occasional files that are really screwed up.

You can select custom files to process by using the "Custom file selection mode" (see the checkbox under the working directory box). Thanks for the other suggestions too.
