Doing a 3-way merge between IE, Firefox & Opera. If a folder name is all uppercase (e.g. because it is an abbreviation) it ends up as mixed case after the merge. Bookmarks themselves don't seem to be affected in the same way.

This is a known problem in Internet Explorer (or rather, the Windows Explorer file handling). If a file or folder name is less than 8 characters long, you cannot create it in full uppercase, and since Internet Explorer directly uses files and folders for its favorites, this problem is "inherited" directly into the browser.

To sum it up, this is not a problem in Bookmark Converter, but rather in Internet Explorer / Windows.
