Magnus,
Got a curly one for ya!
I'm using Mixmeister's BPM ####yser. What is does is scan every mp3 in the folder you point it at, calculates the tempo in bpm, and writes that numeric value into the TBPM field.
Now, I was thinking I'd be able to do a "filter" in MP3TS based on the TBPM contents, but alas, I can't.
So, then I figured, Direct Tag Manipulation in advanced mode, and I can copy the data to the comment field, and then run my filter on that.
But when I enter <TBPM> in the first DTM field, it shows in red text, meaning that it's invalid.
Is there some way around this?
Reason for the query is this.
If I can get MP3TS to filter based on that numeric value, I can move all files within a tempo range to another folder, and then have Media MOnkey assign all THOSE files a tempo (which will then mean that I can use MM to find songs which match a mood and a tempo).
Look forward to your response.
Oh, and happy new year!
Or as they say in the classics, "hippy #### bear"! :)

You should enter it like "<V2_TBPM>", not like "<TBPM>" in the Direct tag manipulation tool, then it should work.

Happy new year to you too! :)
