Hello:

I come from Taiwan and think MP3/Tag is a very good software. I tried to register this Monday and RegNow didn't accept my credit card because there were too much fraud cases form my country.... But the bank told me RegNow had charged it already. I tied to discuss this problem with RegNow and with slow response. I think maybe you could try to have some other on-line payment ways, such as Paypal.
And I love you software!

I'm very sorry about the problems with your registration. :( I sure hope that the whole credit card technology gets updated really soon, the current technology is ages old and not at all designed for internet purchases (according to sources it should happen within the next 2 years).

If RegNow gives you any trouble, please send me all the details of your purchase attempt, and I will talk to them.

Sadly, PayPal is not very nice to non-US customers, they charge a lot of extra fees and such, so that's why I don't use them. :(

The best I can do is to direct you to the "Alternative ways of registration" section of the Mp3/Tag Studio help file. There you have several alternative methods to choose between.

Again, I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.  :ashamed:
