I’m seeing some unexpected results when I use case fix.  I don’t know if it is a problem with the MP3 Tag Studio or if I have something set up wrong.  Based on postings in /cgi-bin/ib3/ikonboard.cgi?act=ST&f=2&t=1197, I expected acronyms to remain capitalized.  I also thought that the last words of titles would be consistently capitalized.  I use slightly more strict capitalization rules than the ones defined in the “Standard English title case rules” preset so I have created my own.  The only thing that I think that I changed was the addition of some words, including “out”, to the list in “Always lower-case”.  When I use that preset here are some of the results that I get:

Back in the U.S.S.R. >>>>> Back in the U.s.s.r.
Don't Pass Me By  >>>>> Don't Pass Me by
What Goes On  >>>>> What Goes on
We Can Work It Out  >>>>> We Can Work It out

Is this expected behavior?

If you add "." in the list of "Compunding atoms" in the casefix settings, the acronyms will be fine.

The "always capitalize last word" special case is not currently implemented, sorry about that.
