How can I add a field into which I can type the composer's name?  (Apple iPod, for one, allows searching and sorting by composer, and this is nearly essential for classical music.)  Sorry if the answer is obvious or already covered, but I'm just starting to use the program and I can't figure out how to do it.  Thanks.

The composer field is an ID3v2-only field, which can be easily accessed from the "Advanced ID3v2 info" window of the "Browse/Edit tags & flags" tool (you can view it by clicking the "Advanced ID3v2 info" checkbox).
