This means that the registry entries of the program have been corrupted or deleted by outside factors.
A possible cause for this is that you are running Windows NT/2000/XP, and are trying to run the program from another user account than the one it was installed from.
In any case, the solution is simple, just reinstall Mp3/Tag Studio (in the account you want to use it from) and all will be fine again.
