Hello, you can resize the program to fullscreen manually, but not with the standard "full screen button". You will find more info about this unfortunate issue if searching this forum.
The other DLL issue is something completely different, and it should be able to solve either by running as an administrator in Windows, or restarting Windows and retrying it the first thing you do.
