I myself don't download anything without that. You seem to have a really interesting product that I would register.

Icesickle ![]() DJ of Into The Oblivion < http://www.live365.com/ststions/192288 > Posted by: Magnus Brading on Sep. 17 2002,21:29 Hmm, sure, I can fix that. But for practically all Windows programs, this info is unnecessary. If you have Windows 95 or higher in your computer you can run it, no matter ram memory or processor (since Windows automatically swaps memory to/from disk if it runs out of "real ram", and since the processor only makes it go faster or slower). That's why I don't have such specs published. But maybe many people want it anyway, so I'll add it to the download page then. Thanks for the tip. Posted by: Elbow on Sep. 18 2002,10:34 Icesickle does have a point there. There isnt any 'Requirements' info on your webpage. Nothing about it being for Windows etc. Maybe a windows logo (god ![]() Remember there are people out there who still dont know what a modem is ![]() Posted by: Magnus Brading on Sep. 18 2002,13:54 I considered the screenshots pretty self-explanatory about it being for Windows, but as I said, I will add a requirements page soon anyway. PS. If they don't know what a modem is, they will have a pretty hard time accessing the website anyway. ![]() Posted by: Magnus Brading on Sep. 23 2002,14:27 Ok, I now have a system requirements page. It's linked to from both the main page and the download page of the website. Is something missing in it you think, or is it satisfactory as it is? Posted by: Skirge01 on Nov. 07 2002,00:54 Hey now! You don't need a modem to get on the net. You can use a high-speed line! And those you can even get installed for you at no cost. ![]() Although, to be somewhat realistic... there are people that don't know it's their modem that dials into the ISP. Yes, it's sad... but that's what people like us are for: education! ![]() George end |
