Whenever I sync IE6 and Firefox 0.9.1 via the Synchonize Bookmark Collections tab, and the Use Sorting box is checked (alphabetical -- folders then bookmarks mode) , the sync works but the resulting bookmarks sets are not sorted.  I seem to have to always go to the main screen and choose Utilities -> Sort Bookmarks on each bookmark set to get them sorted.  Am I doing something wrong?

I will look into it, thanks for the report. Are you using Windows XP SP2? There are some known issues with the sorting of IE favorites in this operating system version, which are yet to be resolved.
