Are you saying that this message comes from Mp3/Tag Studio, or from some other program? Exactly what operation are you performing when this happens (i.e. please define "open")? And what do you mean with "a file that opens in IE6"? Are we talking about mp3 files or some other kind of files?

I have jpgs and html files opening in IE6, I normally open a jpg of the album cover to make sure the tags are set right. I'm pretty sure it is mp3tagstudio thats doing it becuase it pops up in front of all other windows when it happens. with the messag eon top of that.

Again, exactly which operation are you performing inside Mp3/Tag Studio when this happens?

And I'm still not sure I understand what you're trying to do with jpg and html files, and what IE6 has to do with it? Please be more technically specific, I need details to be able to reproduce it.

I'm not really sure that this error message originates from Mp3/Tag Studio.

I open mp3 tagstudio and a jpeg of the back cover I am going to change the tags on, which opens in Internet Explorer6. I then mass clean up tags so that the only fields that contain information are artist, album, track number and title. When I bring the jpg to the front to see if the info on the tags matches that of the back cover of the album, mp3tagstudio jumps back to the front with the message above. It also happens if I have a web page open and I try to bring that to the front. like when I clicked on the link to this page from the help dropdown menu in mp3tagstudio.
heres a list of all the files that are in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\URTTemp
fusion.dll
mscoree.dll
mscoree.dll.local
mscorsn.dll
mscorwks.dll
msvcr70.dll
hope this helps

I have now searched the net for information regarding this error, and it seems that it is somehow connected to the Microsoft .NET framework. It was also mentioned in connection to virus infection at one point.

In any case, the error does not originate from Mp3/Tag Studio, there is no such error message in Mp3/Tag Studio. According to the information on the net, this problem originates from deeper in your operating system (either directly to the .NET framework or from a virus).

There is sadly nothing else I can do to help you at this point, so I wish you good luck in solving it.
