Suggestion to modify the form in which the head (forward edge) of the file (Input list) is reading to tag/rename from a list the archives mp3. "Tag/Rename from list" (File row format) (Because my english is not good I have used an automatic translator.)
Scene:------------------------------------------------------------------------- In my personal case handling a great amount of archives mp3 and much information relative to each one of them: Opus, composer, orchestra, etc. Information which I keep in archives "txt" (lista.txt) and that later I use for "naming, renaming and to tag the archives"; example: *String of data: Vivaldi - (RV 565 Op.3,11) - Concierto para dos violines, violonchelo, cuerdas y bajo continuo (clavicordio); D- - Angèle Dubeau - La Pietà - 1 - I. Allegro - Classical - Eduardo Espinosa
**Format of fields:<composer> - <opus> - <subtitle> - <conductor> - <orchestra> - <track> - <title> - <genre> - <encoder> *Naming the file: (RV 565 Op.3,11) - La Pietà - 1 - I. Allegro **Format of fields:<opus> - <orchestra> - <track> - <title> *Tags ID3: **V1: <title>=<title> - <artist>=<artist><opus> - <album>=<subtitle> - <genre> - <track> - <comment>=<conductor><orchestra><encoder> **V2.x <composer> - <opus> - <subtitle> - <conductor> - <orchestra> - <track> - <title> - <genre> - <encoder>
Because the data of each file "mp3" varies still more and when it changes of genre "Format" of the data that I also keep in the archives "txt" varies. Whereas for mp3 of classic music I occupy nine fields, perhaps for mp3 of "U2" seven are only needed. Therefore and to take to a control in each file txt in forward edge, I write the format with which are kept the data: Examples:
1. lista.txt ..\U2\War\lista.txt :1<album> - <artist> - <year> - <track> - <title> - <comment> - <genre> :2War - U2 - 1983 - 1 - Sunday bloody sunday - (null) - Rock :3War - U2 - 1983 - 2 - Seconds - (null) - Rock :4etc...
Allegro - Classical - Eduardo Espinosa :6etc... 3. To see a more complete example read attach file: lista.txt ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Suggestion:-------------------------------------------------------------------- When Mp3/Tag Studio reads forward edge does not ignore them, it uses my formats like names and not like "formats" to name or rename the archives or to tag them. Mp3/Tag Studio Could use forward edge to establish the option "File Row Format" in "Advanced Mode" in "Tag/rename from list" This would be very useful because it would automate the processes. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In advanced, thank you Excelent Program.
