Can MP3Tag Studio display and edit the 'UFID Unique file identifier' frame which is defined in the id3v2.4.0 frame specification?

If not, does anyone know of a program that can?

This seems like a handy place to keep the manufacturer's part number which is printed on the cover of each music cd and usually on the cd label also.

Frames that are only specified in the ID3v2.4 standard are not editable in Mp3/Tag Studio at this point, no, sorry.
