I wish this page allowed me to add a wildcard for which field I want filled from the folder it's in. There should be an extra set of checkmark fields that would let the program know whether or not that particular field should be named from the folder that the track is in. Say, the album is in Folder "Mighty One" then under the "expected file name format" field, I would put two check marks next to album & then the album filed would be filled from the folder it's under.
Damn....ignore this...I found the answer already.

Yep, as you already seem to have figured out, this is very much possible already.
Example template to do this (for other people reading this, who have not figured it out yet):
<Album><\><TRASH>.mp3
