Would it be possible to have the comment line say

C:\Documents and Settings\Kevin\My Documents\My Pictures <album>.bmp

where album is (you guessed it) specified album.

I'm not 100% that I have understood you correctly, but the following will achieve what I think you mean:

Use the "Direct tag manipulation" tool in advanced mode, with the following single template line:

C:\Documents and Settings\Kevin\My Documents\My Pictures <Album>.bmp   ----->   <Comment>

Please clarify if this isn't what you wanted.
