I have used this application on and off for years, never had troubles.  However, my working installation of it no longer comes up, only results in a popup window that says I/O error 123.

I was running Mp3/Tag Studio 3.5 (beta 20).  I upgraded to beta 21, same problem.

In the worst case you will have to delete your mp3ts.dat file in the Mp3/Tag Studio folder (back it up first), while Mp3/Tag Studio is not running, and then start it again, This will reset your settings, and probably get rid of this problem too.
