Its doing only mess. plz can you make an option to disable it ?
Or maybe refresh only if some changes happens (like New Folder, new files or modified files)?

Yep, it will be an option in the next release.

I have also notified the authors of the used Explorer dirtree component about the bugs I have found in it, and they will hopefully fix them soon too.

Any word on that next beta? :)

I agree that all the auto-refreshing sucks big time. It really slows down MP3TS...

Does the bug have anything to do with my floppy drive being checked?  A few days ago while I was using the program my floppy drive started getting accessed what seemed like every few minutes.  Very annoying, as it delayed me quickly moving from dir to dir.

I'm not sure, I have not experienced this myself. It should not be a problem when you can disable the auto-refresh in the next update anyway.
