Hiya,

Whenever I try to do pretty much anything, I get an I/O error 32 and program freezes with the progress bar at random points. The only spurious thing I can think of is that I am running Media Center Edition. Can you help?

I/O error 32 means that some other program in your computer is already blocking the file(s) in question by keeping them opened. You must find out which program this is, and deactivate it.
