Posted by: tanstaafl. on Mar. 07 2010,16:32 I have looked through this bbs and the help file for MP3TS, and cannot find reference to a Search and Replace function. Perhaps I'm just not smart enough to find it? I have many files in which it would be helpful to replace a semi-colon in the Artist field with a space. And if that is too easy for you, I want to do it using keyboard only. ![]() To begin with, the artist field will look like: firstname lastname;firstname lastname and I want it to look like: firstname lastname firstname lastname Sometimes there are middle names or initials just to make it more complicated. Is there a Search and Replace function in MP3TS? tanstaafl. I don't even feel too bad about not finding that function myself, you have it buried pretty deep in the utilities. I now have it incorporated into my keyboard macro and can re-tag an audio book with 20 (or more) files with a single keystroke, changing every single field and adding V2 tags. Thanks, Magnus! tanstaafl. Posted by: gavind on Feb. 23 2013,21:18 Hi taan, can you show us the step by step process for you to get this to work? end |
