Topic: Main Screen is 'Jumpy', Problem with the main screen 'jumping'< Next Oldest | Next Newest >

The main screen "jumps" around.  Although everything works, it is awful for the eyes and is hard to focus on.  Basically, everything below the menu bar every quarter of a second jumps down one menu bar size farther.  If you click and hold on the menu bar, it stops until you let go.  I'm running on Windows 98SE.
