I would like to view & be able to sort by file details such as size, type, modified date, creation date when viewing a directory.

Perhaps even being able to tag the track numbers by the current order they are sorted in...

Right now you can sort the "custom file selection" list by name or modification date. It can be set from the "program interface" section of the main settings, or done on-the-fly by right clicking in this list.

Auto-tracknumber increment is planned for a future update, but right now it can be done in a slightly roundabout way, by using a list containing a tracknumber on each row, and tagging from this one with the "Tag/rename from list" tool.
