Hi,

I need help....
I can't start the programm. Either 3.05 or 3.5 won't start. Installation works without problems. When I try to start the programm nothing happens! No windows appears! No reaction in the task manager.....nothing.
I've no idea whats wrong!

System: WinXP Prof SP2

P.S. MP3/Tag-Studio is by far the best tag-editor I know. Keep up the great work!!!

Very strange, I have no idea what might be causing this problem for you, but it would seem likely that the problem is local since noone else has reported it?

Are you using the latest version (beta 16) when trying with 3.5?

Thanks for your quick reply.

I feared your answer would be something like that.
And for your question: I tried every availiable version. The problem is also not new to me: it was on my old Windows-Installation and its just the same on my recent one (2 weeks old).
Is it possible that I accidentley deactivatet some essential Windows-Components???? Or that another programm interferes.

Thanks again....

The only situation I can think of where the program might act like this is when you have attempted to crack, modify or in some other way tried to use it illegally, but since I'm sure you have not done this, I have no idea what might cause it for you, sorry. :( Anyway, if you come up with any answers, please feel free to report them here, I'm very curious.
