Hi,
was there ever the idea to implement a Plug in in Winamp? Then MP3 Tag Studiowould become more famous.

I use MP3 Tag Studio for a long time. Maybe more people got aware of that nice programm than!
Only the auto update bothers me sometimes (which means - it is not running after a special date without downloading the latest update -> but I don't have always Internet-Connection, so I can't use it anymore; until I get connection again; and that could last some weeks).

There are no current plans for a Winamp plugin, I'm not sure how natural it would feel with such a thing.
About the update issue, only the beta versions are time limited, and also only for unregistered users. Are you meaning that you used the program longer than the 30 day trial period?
