No, the Vista problem just needs quite a lot work to be solved, and that's why it's not done yet.

And sadly I haven't had the time to fix the Vista compatibility in Bookmark Converter yet, no.
I really wish there were a store where you could buy time... 
I'll do it as soon as time permits though, promise!
