Hello,
How about a portable version of Mp3Tag_Studio?
With multi-boot systems becoming more common and/or the need to reinstall Windows because it's built so well
the ability to get right to work with Mp3Tag_Studio with all your old settings still in tact makes sense. 
And wouldn't the code be less complex saving settings in a .ini file as opposed to the registry?Hope all is well
