Hi Magnus,
I recommended your program to someone . they have this error when trying to instal.
Any help, ideas , what's wrong?
Some info he gave and I thought of
He is using Windows XP home edition.
I did a check for the error 1401 and 1401 seems to be a ref. to his machine manufacturer Packard.
I also thought it was an Admin rights thing but he says there is no setting in Admin tools to check if he is set up as an admin or not.
He has said he is logged on as admin.

I suggested he use System Restore and that has fixed it.
He is now a member of the mp3ts posse.

Hi TokyoElbow, thanks for helping him out. I have no idea what the problem might have been, but Mp3/Tag Studio does not use that registry key, and since the problem was also remedied by a system restore I would guess that it was related to something else. Thanks in any case!
